Why we do what we do
MSP Easy Tools for Business wasn’t dreamed up in a boardroom—it was forged in the real world, by people running a busy, fast-growing Managed Service Provider.
Back then, our own IT engineers were drowning in repetitive Microsoft 365 tasks. Managing user onboarding, tracking security settings, applying best practice, and monitoring for threats all took too long—and relied too heavily on PowerShell and senior staff. We knew there had to be a better way.
So, we built our own tools to solve those problems.
Before long, other MSPs started asking if they could use what we’d created. What began as a set of internal productivity boosters quickly evolved into a full toolkit used by Managed Service Providers around the world—streamlining processes, improving security, and giving their teams more time to focus on what really matters.
Eventually, we sold the MSP. But the tools kept growing. Today, thousands of businesses across the globe rely on MSP Easy Tools to keep their Microsoft 365 environments secure, efficient, and easy to manage.

Over the years, we started getting a different kind of request.
